Seems very durable, even for my dog's claws. The size is as expected. Please be sure to aim for a little larger bed than your pet is.

Purchased 2, came in separate heavy (about 21lb) boxes. Not to hard to unzip the outer case theybate shipped in (see pic)...the plastic bag they were in did get stuck in the zipper. They were pretty easy to "break up" so they could start to "breathe" Day 1 only and we love them, great size. This bean bag is filled with memory foam and NOT the conventional styrofoam beans. I find this really comfortable. Provides a good cushion and back support. But if you are looking for a traditional "Bean" bag, then this product isn't for you.

Provides a good cushion and back support. But if you are looking for a traditional "Bean" bag, then this product isn't for you. I gave it 48 hours to fluff up after I opened it. My kids are constantly jumping and climbing all over it, and all I do is fluff it back up occasionally. Love this Smoof. It's filled with foam, so not a typical beanbag chair. It's definitely giant and fluffy though.

The Smoof might have a light plastic odor when first opened, only during a few minutes, which is more kind of a "new smelling" feeling, and that is due to the Smoof being packaged for a while and until delivery.
